Sheet forming machine, suitable to sheet dough for crackers, hard biscuits, laminated and sheeted products etc. The dough sheet is formed by the combined action of three rolls which are placed at the loading hopper bottom; one of them is grooved while the others have smooth surface and are made of centrifuged cast iron. An exit conveyor delivers the dough sheet thus formed to the following make-up machines.
